These special terms apply to athletes who are federation members, train regularly, and compete in tournaments. Shooters in this category no longer need to purchase standard membership passes!
To shoot under these terms, you must:

• submit an application to join the Belarusian Clay Target Shooting Federation
• pay the annual membership fee of 200 BYN
• obtain an athlete card
