Club Rules
SPORTINGCLUB JLLC (the "Club") is a facility that houses a shooting range and sports firearms and ammunition, and where athletes and hunters conduct training sessions. For these reasons, the Club enforces rules designed to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and visitors.
To comply with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus regulations regarding the safe operation of shooting ranges, access to the Club premises is restricted to registered members, their accompanying guests, and prospective members visiting by special invitation.
To become a Club member, one must obtain a recommendation from an existing member and comply with these rules. In the absence of such a recommendation, the Club administration may consider a membership application on a case-by-case basis.
SHOOTING, WEAPONS, AND AMMUNITION
A Club member is required to:
— declare any personal firearm brought onto Club premises upon the request of a security staff member;
— carry the necessary permits for such firearms;
— present documents confirming the right to possess and carry firearms upon the request of any Club staff member;
— ensure the safe storage of firearms while on Club premises and not leave personal firearms or ammunition unattended;
— refrain from entering the restaurant, children's playground, administrative buildings, or gazebos while carrying a firearm;
— transport a personal shotgun from the parking area to the shooting range and across Club grounds only in a case, or with the action broken open and the gun unloaded; in the case of a semi-automatic shotgun, the bolt must be locked back and the barrel pointed upwards;
— load firearms with ammunition only within the shooting range area, immediately prior to commencing shooting;
— observe safety rules when handling firearms on the shooting ranges and strictly comply with all instructions given by instructors and other Club staff during training sessions.
GENERAL OBLIGATIONS OF CLUB MEMBERS AND GUESTS
Club members, as well as their guests and prospective members, are required to:
— be polite to Club members and their guests;
— be polite to Club staff;
— refrain from actions that might disturb the leisure of other members or guests;
— avoid aggressive or arrogant behavior when interacting with Club staff and refrain from using profanity;
— present their club card upon entering the Club premises;
— present their club card upon the request of a Club staff member;
— not transfer their personal club card to third parties or relatives;
— make timely and full payment for services rendered in accordance with the price list;
— comply with regulations regarding vehicle parking in the guest parking area;
— report any conflict situation to a Club staff member in a polite, civil, and appropriate manner;
— avoid damaging Club property and ensure it is treated with care;
— observe the rules for using children's attractions, gazebos, playground equipment, and tennis courts;
— use Club furniture only for its intended purpose;
— refrain from littering or creating a mess.
OBLIGATIONS OF CLUB MEMBERS REGARDING
CHILDREN ACCOMPANYING THEM
To ensure compliance with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus regulations regarding the safe operation of shooting ranges, club members and their guests bear full responsibility for any children accompanying them while on club premises.
Children under the age of 12 are permitted on club premises only when in the immediate vicinity of and under the supervision of their parents.
It is prohibited to damage flowerbeds on club premises or to scatter gravel from the flowerbeds onto the grass or walkways.
Parents must take appropriate action if the children accompanying them disturb the leisure of other club members.
OBLIGATIONS OF CLUB MEMBERS REGARDING
THEIR ACCOMPANYING GUESTS
A Club guest is responsible for the visitors they have invited to the Club.
Club members are required to personally acquaint Club visitors (individuals accompanying them) with these Rules.
In the event of harm caused to third parties, Club staff, or Club property due to the fault or negligence of a guest or visitor, the Club guest bears responsibility for such actions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
The Club guest is required to compensate the Club for any damage caused.
VIOLATION OF CLUB RULES
Any Club staff member is authorized to admonish a member or guest for violating the rules governing conduct on Club premises.
In the event of a conflict, a Club staff member may require a member or guest to leave the premises, and the member or guest is obliged to comply with this request immediately.
Failure to respond appropriately to an admonition, or the display of clearly aggressive or disrespectful behavior, may result in the revocation of a member's access to the Club.
Decisions regarding specific cases are made by the Club Director.
Decisions to restrict access to the Club are not subject to appeal.
The Club administration reserves the right to deny membership without providing a reason.
