This Personal Data Processing Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure their security by SOOO "SPORTINGCLUB" (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

1. The Operator establishes, as a primary objective and a condition for its operations, the observance of the human and civil rights and freedoms of individuals during the processing of their personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy and to personal and family secrecy.
2. This Policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about website visitors https://sporting.by and users of the Sporting Club mobile app from PlayGoogle or AppStore.

Key terms used in the Policy

To use the Sporting Club application, registration of a User Account is required. When registering for a User Account, the Sporting Club application will ask you to voluntarily provide certain information about yourself by completing and submitting an online form. Such information may include your name, telephone number, email address.

1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computing equipment;
2. Blocking of personal data – temporary cessation of processing of personal data (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
3. Website – a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, making them accessible on the Internet at a network address https://sporting.by;
4. Mobile application is software downloaded from PlayGoogle or AppStore and designed to run on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. Software developer AGM SOFT, OOO;
5. Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases, as well as the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
6. Anonymization of personal data — actions resulting in the inability to determine, without the use of additional information, that personal data belongs to a specific User or other personal data subject;

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed on personal data, whether by automated means or otherwise, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data;
8. Operator – a state body, a municipal body, a legal entity, or an individual that, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, and also determines the purposes of personal data processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;
9. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable website user https://sporting.by or the Sporting Club mobile app;
10. User – any visitor to the website https://sporting.by or any person who has installed the Sporting Club app on their smartphone;
11. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons;
12. Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data known to an unlimited circle of persons, including publishing personal data in the mass media, posting it on information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
13. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;
14. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making it impossible to subsequently restore the content of the personal data within the personal data information system, and/or resulting in the destruction of the physical media containing the personal data.

The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

1. Full name;
2. Email address;
3. Phone numbers;
4. Date of birth;
5. Organization name, job title;
6. The website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including cookies) using web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).

The data listed above are collectively referred to as "Personal Data" elsewhere in this Policy.

Purposes of personal data processing

1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails and to provide the User with access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website or in the mobile application.
2. The Operator also reserves the right to send the User notifications regarding new products and services, special offers, and various events. By completing the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User consents to this Policy.

Procedures for the collection, storage, transmission, and other forms of processing of personal data

1. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable legislation regarding personal data protection.
2. The Operator ensures the security of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
3. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable law.
4. In the event that inaccuracies in personal data are discovered, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator's email address info@sporting.by marked "Updating of personal data."
5. The period for processing personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator's email address info@sporting.by marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

Cross-border transfer of personal data

1. Before initiating the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator is required to verify that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data is intended to be transferred ensures adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
2. The cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign countries that do not meet the aforementioned requirements may be carried out only if the personal data subject has provided written consent to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The policy remains in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
