Bank card payment terms
Bank card payments are processed via Alfa-Bank CJSC
We accept cards from international payment systems (VISA, MasterCard) as well as the BELKART and MIR payment systems. Payments can also be made using Apple Pay and Samsung Pay services
Payment security is ensured through modern verification and encryption methods, as well as data transmission via secure communication channels
Card details are entered on the bank's secure authorization page. To make a payment, you must enter the card details: card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and the three-digit security code. The three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) is located on the back of the card. If your card supports 3D Secure technology or the Internet password feature for BELKART cardholders, you will be redirected to the issuing bank's page to enter the security code. When paying with Apple Pay, select the card from the Wallet app and use your passcode or another authentication method, depending on the setting chosen in the app. When placing an order using Samsung Pay, tap "Pay with Samsung Pay," enter your Samsung Account details, and confirm the purchase on your smartphone (using a fingerprint, iris scan, or Samsung Pay PIN)
The personal information you provide (e.g., name, address, phone number, email, bank card number, etc.) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on this website
Refund terms for bank card payments
Cash refunds are not permitted for purchases made via bank payment card. Refunds to the consumer—whether for the return of goods or upon the termination of a contract for work or services—must be issued in the same form as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties
The refund process is governed by the rules of the payment systems. The procedure for returning goods is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 90-Z of January 9, 2002, "On Consumer Protection."
To obtain a refund for transactions processed in error, you must submit a written request accompanied by receipts or other documentation confirming the erroneous charge. This request should be sent to the email address info@sporting.by
